- Standard support is provided 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays)
Extended support is available at an additional charge
- Option 1: 08:00 to 22:00 Monday to Saturday and 09:00 to 18:00 Sunday (excluding UK bank holidays)
- Option 2: 24 x 7 support.
