Customer service is a vital component of the FindandBook service.  It is our mission to provide a level of service to our customers that is of the very highest standard and to be recognised within our industry as a leading service provider that delivers added value to our customers businesses.

To provide as much information as possible to our customers Multicom has developed an online suit of customer service tools and information systems.

The Customer Contact Centre is the hub for customer service and support.

Support Hours

• Standard support is provided 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays)

Extended support is available at an additional charge

• Option 1: 08:00 to 22:00 Monday to Saturday and 09:00 to 18:00 Sunday (excluding UK bank holidays)
• Option 2: 24 x 7 support.
