The customer service facility enables customers to:
- View FindandBook bookings in real time
- View booking details and booking status
- Update booking status
- View supplier system performance trends
- View customer booking trends, including top 5 destinations, departure dates etc.
- View booking trends day by day and month by month
- View bookings and passengers booked per supplier
- View FindandBook suppliers service status
- Amend "Form Of Identification" on airline systems that support the facility.
