To provide as much information as possible to our clients Multicom has developed an online suite of customer service tools and information systems.

Standard support is provided 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays)

Extended support is available at an additional charge.  If you are interested in either of these options please contact the support desk or your account manager: 

• Option 1: 08:00 to 22:00 Monday to Saturday and 09:00 to 18:00 Sunday (excluding UK bank holidays)
