Multicom appoint new head of operations

Multicom has appointed Deborah Cordier to the new post of Head of Operations to provide board level strategic oversight of its project management and service delivery functions.

Deborah brings a wealth of experience of project and programme management in a software development environment having joined from the digital agency and community engagement specialists SiftGroups.

Prior to joining SiftGroups Deborah was Head of Project Management for a leading privately owned Microsoft Gold Partner who built bespoke software, and delivered configured off-the-shelf software to both the public and private sectors.

In addition to strategic overview of project and service delivery Deborah will review the HR function within Multicom and also be responsible for improving corporate communication inside the business.
